During the teletalk session when Siri Gian told us that BSC had a joke for each of us, I started laughing but I did not know what I was laughing at. Later it came to me that it does not matter what I was laughing at, the important thing is that I was laughing and that laughter is good medicine for the soul. Sat Nam! Listening to the tele-talk this morning was very powerful and deep. As Babaji instructed us to stretch our arms open I remembered that as I tune in to play the Gong (Baba Siri Chand has let me know he wants to play it!) Sat Nam! I tuned in to the live discussion and had the loving experience of FEAR in the form of guilt, very deep in the 1st and 2nd Chakra.
